To exercise these rights simply press the press the 'Delete Account & Data' button in game which will delete both local and server side data permanently, or contact support@vignalventures.com and submit a request. Requests submitted via email must include your Device ID that the game was played on, which can be found on the main menu of the game below the Play button. If you no longer have access to the Device ID, please provide as much information as possible (approximate date played, levels completed, device type, etc.) and we will make a good-faith effort to locate and delete the data.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability regarding your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time. We retain your identifier only as long as necessary to provide the game service and fulfill legal obligations. No personal identifiable information is collected or stored besides the Unique ID assigned to each player once they start to play the game.
Our App is intended for users of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. We limit the data we collect from all users (see section 1) and do not use it for targeted advertising.
