Vignali Ventures ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile game (the "App").

• Persistent Identifier: We may collect a persistent device or account identifier, such as a Firebase User ID (UID) or a locally-generated device ID. This is used solely to save your game progress, manage in-game purchases, and maintain your account across sessions.
• We do not collect any other personal data, including your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or any other identifiable information.
• We do not use any tracking or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs).

2. In-App Purchases

Our App allows users to purchase in-game currency (Sparks). These purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Store (and Apple App Store in the future). We do not directly handle your payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected identifier only for:

• Saving and restoring your game progress
• Processing and validating in-app purchases
• Providing customer support

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• With Google (for Google Play services and payments)
• As required by law

We retain your identifier only as long as necessary to provide the game service and fulfill legal obligations.

Our App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
